What can I expect from team coaching?
Team Coaching is a strategy targeted toward increasing the effectiveness and cohesiveness of workforce teams.
Delivered to a group of professionals working together to improve overall performance and impact or on specific projects; Team coaching may also involve people engaging in both group and individual coaching sessions.
Similar in many ways to the coaching experience for individuals - in a group or team setting these services help improve performance, awareness and alignment of goals to activities. Bringing the group together offers rich insight and opportunities to explore both big picture context and detailed items.
Team coaching provides an open, safe, non-judgmental and growth focussed environment.
Group coaching is best face to face, however remote sessions are possible. In person sessions can be at your place of work, another location or even an outdoor environment.. We sometimes encourage it.
Team coaching can take place over the usual 6-12 month duration, or via specifically targeted, shorter timeframes for focussed needs.
