Czarina Sheikh Mathew

Executive coach and mentor

My passion is to help others carve out their path of continuous improvement. This obviously looks different for each and every one of us so the most critical element to achieve success is to actively listen. Hearing the spoken word but also picking up the unspoken sentiment. Understanding the real message and intent is at the heart of supporting individuals and organisations on their journey from good to great.

My background

A career history cemented in the tech industry, centred around service delivery and customer experience. I have always worked at the ‘sharp end’, resolving challenges and identifying preventative measures to avoid recurrence of the same pain points. “Change is the only constant in life” said the Greek philosopher, Heraclitus. Based on my personal experiences, I would absolutely agree. A focus on dynamic transformation, organisational development and continuous improvement, I have helped to create solid foundations to build thriving businesses and a strong culture of change management. I firmly believe communication and collaboration are critical pillars to success in all aspects of life. Adopting this approach, I help individuals to develop strong relationships, building trust and generating opportunities to share, learn and grow.

What does coaching mean to me?

Providing a safe platform to think, proffer and speak openly without prejudice, coaching is a wonderful exploration tool. Navigating through challenges, delving into self-development and finding the best way forward for the individual. I strongly believe your people are your business. An engaged workforce is emotionally connected to your organisation, show more interest, demonstrate positive attitude and is committed to delivering successful outcomes. Coaching allows you to open up avenues to provide high quality leadership, sharing your vision, giving teams strategic direction and the right tools to achieve great results.

Who am I?

Curious and fascinated by human beings, I love to discover different perspectives. Being trusted with personal stories is a privilege that I respect, and I am constantly amazed by tremendous stories of resilience, persistence and the strive for happiness and fulfilment in the face of adversity. I adore people, that’s me in a nutshell! A willingness to listen and accept other viewpoints enriches our own thinking and decision-making, and I truly believe our diversity is our strength. A wearer of multiple hats - mum, sister, daughter, friend, mentor, coach.
