I work with people and organisations to improve their performance. ​​ With my finance and general management background I bring a deep understanding of how organisations function and how people are at the heart of every business. Enabling people and teams to understand and realise their potential is fundamentally important to both the individuals and the organisations that they work for.
My background
Throughout my career across diverse industries and varying sizes of organisations, I have seen how motivating and empowering people can truly transform their own performance and also the teams and businesses that they are part of. ​​

I bring over 20 years experience at senior levels within industries such as automotive, food, defence, healthcare and FMCG. Companies have ranged in size from start-ups to NYSE listed companies. I have a strong commercial focus but am passionate that people make the difference. I am a member of the Institute of Directors and a CIMA qualified Finance Director. I am also a Business Mentor with the UK Government backed 'Be the Business' scheme which supports UK SME's.
What does coaching mean to me?
Coaching means empowering people so that they challenge themselves, their teams and their organisations to expand their thinking, become more inclusive and perform to the best of their abilities.

Who am I?
I'm someone with an enquiring mind and a diverse range of interests including food, sport, photography, wildlife and current affairs.​

My wife and I love to travel and our claim to fame is that we have been to all seven continents and to within 600 miles of the North Pole!​

I'm a book lover and will read pretty much anything. During the pandemic I took the chance to catalogue the books we have and realised that we have over 2,300 books – not all of them read unfortunately...​
